Please remember that performances start promptly and latecomers may not be admitted until the interval. There is a monitor in the Dress Circle bar where late-comers can view the performance. If you leave the auditorium during the performance, you may be asked to wait until a suitable break before you can re-enter.

Please be aware that during performance evenings the Box Office can get very busy, customers are advised to purchase tickets over the phone or online at these times.

PAYMENT
Cards: Amex, Mastercard, Switch, Visa
Cheque: payable to ‘The Old Vic Theatre Company’. In case your first choice is not available, please leave the amount open, stating only an upper limit – the box office will fill in the correct total.
Theare tokens are accepted and can be redeemed in person at our box office between 10am – 7pm Mon – Sat (10am -6pm when no show is on)

TICKET COLLECTION
Tickets can either be posted out to your address or collected from box office on the night of the performance.
Posted tickets can take up to 7 working days to arrive.
Customers collecting tickets for on the day performances can do so up until 7.30pm, although it is advisable to collect you tickets at least 30 minutes before the show is due to start. PwC U25s tickets can only be collected 1 hour before the performance.

CONCESSIONS
All concessions are limited and subject to availability, not available on premium seats. Not bookable online, please call 0844 871 7628 to book.

The PwC tickets for Under 25s
100 £12 tickets for all performances. Bookable in advance, tickets must be collected in person within an hour of the performance from the Box Office with proof of age. Available to those who are aged 25 and under. Book online.

Senior Citizens
Best available seats for £26 for all matinee performances only.


Groups 10+

£10 off top 3 prices for Mon-Wed eves & Mon-Fri matinees when scheduled.  (Only applicable to top 2 price bands for Kiss Me, Kate).


School Groups 10+
£12 for Mon-Wed evenings & Mon-Fri matinees when scheduled.


Disabled Patrons

Top 3 prices reduced to £21 for all performances.

All concessions are limited and subject to availability. All ticket prices (apart from the PwC tickets for Under 25s, local residents & schools tickets) include a £1 restoration levy.


Live or Work Locally?

Every week we offer up to 50 tickets at £5 and £10 for our neighbours. If you live or work in Lambeth or Southwark then you qualify for our Community Tickets on Monday to Thursday evening performances, and any midweek (Wednesday or Thursday) matinee. Tickets are strictly limited and subject to availability so we advise you book early if possible and can be purchased up to 30 mins before the performance subject to availability.

All you need to do to claim your Community Tickets, is visit The Old Vic Box Office in person and present proof of residence or employment dated within the last three months. Possible documents you could use include a utility bill or a letter from your employer/payslip as proof of employment.

NB: Only two tickets per person and only selected seats are available. Unfortunately, once these seats have been sold, we cannot offer alternatives at the reduced rate.
