ParkingA limited amount of metered parking is available on Waterloo Road, The Cut and Webber Street. Further on street parking is available after 6.30pm. CoachesThere is a pick-up and drop-off point in Waterloo Road. Area coach parking is managed by Drakes at Oval Way, Kennington Lane, SE1 Tel. 020 7582 5564.
Congestion ChargeThe Old Vic is inside the congestion charge zone. The daily charge of £8 applies Monday to Friday, 7am-6pm, excluding public holidays. Your Safety and Security The Old Vic always endeavours to take the greatest care of our customers. Our Front of House team are clearly recogniseable and are there to look after you throughout your visit and deal effectively with a range of situations. You can make your visit, and that of all our other customers, more comfortable and secure by following a few simple guidelines.
Only small handbags will be allowed into the auditorium. Please avoid bringing large bags, rucksacks and luggage to the theatre. Any wrapped packages must be opened. It is no longer possible to leave bikes (including folding bikes) at the cloakroom. We have very limited space in the cloakroom and there is a small charge to leave items. Unattended bags will be removed and disposed of. For your own comfort and safety please arrive early to allow for any time delay with ticket checks. Performances start promptly and latecomers may not be admitted until an interval.
