If that is the case then we need the original tickets back at the Box Office so they can be sold on a first come, first served basis. We are unable to accept duplicate tickets, tickets purchased via a third party, or tickets that have been purchased using anything other than a credit or debit card. Since we’re not able to guarantee the success of a resale, we cannot give any assurance about the likelihood of a refund. Any successful returns will be subject to a £2 admin fee per ticket.
