Associate Director, Philanthropy

The newly created position of Associate Director, Philanthropy will have oversight of the Trusts & Foundations, Individuals and Major Gifts income streams and contribute towards the delivery of the capital and revenue campaigns, with a focus on soliciting six-and seven-figure gifts from major donors.

The role will offer a creative and entrepreneurial fundraiser the opportunity to develop a significant and sustainable income stream for The Old Vic. The successful candidate will bring a professional and systematic approach to both management and relationship building with both internal stakeholders and prospective donors, and a track record of developing campaign strategies and turning these into reality.

Development Operations Manager

We are looking for a talented individual to lead our operations and help to create a step-change in engagement efforts, through effective systems, information sharing, processes, reporting and analysis.

The successful candidate will have significant experience working in high-performing fundraising or customer-services team, proven experience in project management, implementing new processes, analysing and interpreting data and information in a fast-paced complex environment and managing effective information sharing to varied stakeholders.

Senior Corporate Development Manager

We are looking for a Senior Corporate Development Manager who will play an integral role in meeting corporate revenue and capital income targets, contributing to strategy and identifying the most innovative and efficient partnership opportunities and prospects.

The successful candidate will have solid experience in corporate development and be able to demonstrate strong strategic planning, a track record of securing new business and creating and delivering complex commercial partnerships and account management. They will have an entrepreneurial spirit and be able to think innovatively and commercially, have excellent communication and organisational skills, and an ability to present a strong business case for ideas and to thrive in a dynamic and high performing team, in which they will be responsible for the line management of the Corporate Development Officer.
