- Education Manager (2 year fixed term contract)
The Education Manager will lead on school engagement across the organization and will contribute to organisation-wide initiatives from an education and community perspective.
They will be responsible for the administration and development of a free to access Schools Club, will oversee the creation, administration and development of additional school projects and will lead on the development and implementation of a comprehensive strategy for commercialising schools engagement.
Also, they will work with the Communications team to develop the communications and marketing strategy for schools and with the Development team to support fundraising applications in relation to education and community projects.
The successful candidate will have experience of devising and delivering high quality participatory arts projects within schools and experience of a commercial approach to schools engagement. Also, they will have experience of working with young people from diverse backgrounds and strong knowledge of the education system.

- Corporate Development Manager
The Corporate Development Manager will play a significant role in meeting corporate income targets for The Old Vic by contributing to the corporate strategy, delivering exceptional stewardship to existing supporters, identifying innovative partnership opportunities and prospects; securing new business and renewals across cash and in-kind sponsorships, memberships, and corporate training programmes. Additionally, they will be responsible for the line management of the Corporate Development Assistant.
The successful candidate will have solid experience in corporate fundraising with experience of securing new business and account managing partner relationships. They will have proven experience of partner prospecting and recruitment using a variety of methods and communication channels, including cold approaches.
They will be a creative thinker with outstanding communication and proposal writing skills and an ability to prioritise and work well under pressure.
