Chef de Partie

The Chef de Partie will take responsibility for the production and service of food for the Café Bar and catering operation under the guidance and leadership of the Head Chef, ensuring consistently high standards are adhered to in all aspects of the job.

The successful candidate will have appropriate level of competence and experience and excellent attention to detail and be able to demonstrate the capability of working to high standards. They will have Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate and will be keen to learn and progress in their career.
