Individual Giving Manager

We are seeking a talented and experienced Individual Giving Manager to assume responsibility for The Old Vic’s philanthropic individual giving scheme and lead on increasing support across all levels of membership, as well as managing small to mid-level donation campaigns. They will manage their own portfolio of prospects, whilst overseeing stewardship for existing supporters, and will contribute towards a yearly strategic plan to achieve revenue and capital income targets.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in individual fundraising and securing 4 and 5-figure  gifts, have an excellent track record of delivering effective stewardship and building valuable relationships with donors, and using fundraising software or CRM databases.

This is an exceptional opportunity to work for a world class theatre as it moves into the next phase of its major capital campaign.  Reporting to the Associate Director of Philanthropy, the post holder will be a creative and innovative thinker with an enthusiastic and proactive approach to fundraising, have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective and lasting relationships. They will be a clear communicator with strong organisational skills, and thrive in a dynamic and high performing team, in which they will be responsible for the line management of the Individual Giving Officer.

Education and Community Intern (6 months)

The Education and Community Team are now looking for an Education and Community Intern on a 6 month contract to provide administrative support, assist with various ongoing projects and help with workshop preparation and research. The successful candidate will be highly motivated and have excellent communication skills as well as the ability to work collaboratively within small and large teams.

Junior Barista

We are now seeking a Junior Barista to assist our Head Barista with the day to day aspects of the coffee offering across The Old Vic from product ordering, service and sales through to stock and wastage controls. The successful applicant will have exceptional coffee making skills, strong cash handling experience and a warm, friendly and conscientious approach when dealing with customers.
