Executive Assistant (Finance)

We are looking for an Executive Assistant reporting to Ben Lee (Finance Director) to support on a broad range of projects, both operational and strategic.

The successful applicant will be an exceptional communicator, extremely organised, resilient and calm under pressure.  They’ll enjoy being busy, be comfortable in working in a non-conventional yet exciting environment and have a good sense of humour.  They’ll have excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills, be numerate and confident with all Microsoft packages.  They will also need to be able to deal with sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality and act with tact and diplomacy in resolving queries both internally and externally.
