Access Membership How-To Guide

Access Membership How-To Guide

  1. Visit the Access Membership sign up page.
  2. If you already have an account with The Old Vic, you will now be prompted to log in. If you
don’t already have an account, you will be prompted to join now.
  3. Once you have logged in/joined up, you will be automatically re-directed to the Access
Membership page. In order to be an Access Member, you must agree to sign up to receive
Access News (this is the tickbox at the top of the screen). You can then opt in to receive more
tailored information from The Old Vic but this is optional. Once you have made these choices,
    click UPDATE PREFERENCES.
  4. You will then be re-directed to the What’s On page of the website. If you want to start
booking tickets straightaway, ensure you’ve logged out and then log back in to
the website via www.oldvictheatre.com/access-membership – this will activate your
    membership.
  5. Select a show of your choice. You should now be able to pick up tickets at the £20 Access
    rate*.

As an Access Member you can select wheelchair spaces online (look for the orange dots
on the seating plan) and companion seats (look for the teal dots on the seating plan) and buy
tickets in specific areas of the auditorium which have recommended views for captioned and
audio described performances. View a guide to the best seats.

If you encounter any issues as part of this process, please give us a call on 0344 871 7635 or
email box.office@oldvictheatre.com.

*The £20 Access rate is not available on Premium, VIP and Charitable tickets, except on audio
described, captioned and relaxed performances.
