Stage Business is our unique leadership and employability project for young people aged 16–18. Working with students from across the UK, the interactive project enhances young people’s transferable skills and imagination through theatre. The programme encompasses creative workshops, theatre visits, inspirational activities and peer-led learning to identify and develop future leaders.
Stage Business works with students to develop communication and teamwork skills alongside courage, resilience and creative imagination. Participants are offered guidance to enable them to apply their skills to develop and deliver workshops for younger students aged 11–14. In addition, the programme connects schools and youth organisations through a digital portal and INSET sessions.
The programme works directly with schools and youth groups, however there are opportunities to individuals to take part in leadership workshops throughout the year.
Details of these will be provided here when sessions are available.
