Front Line Online young people laughing

Aged 19–30 years, live in Lambeth or the surrounding area and looking to launch your career?

Get a head start on applying for jobs and help with starting your career in any industry (not just theatre) with Front Line Online across a series of free workshops.

‘This was such a great programme that has made me stop and think about my career and which direction I want to head into’

As well as developing the skills employers are looking for and learning how to bring these to an interview, you’ll work alongside a supportive network of Front Liners and mentors to help you along the way – you’ll also become part of the wider Old Vic Alumni Network to continue to access ticket offers and additional learning, development and job opportunities.

Applications for Front Line Online are now closed.

‘I have made new friends, worked with incredible practitioners and laughed so much’

The series is an eight week programme which includes: an intro session, six workshops, six online mentoring sessions and a follow up celebration event.

The workshops can either take place in-person or online and will cover:

  • Goal setting – how to set goals and stick to them
  • Taking control of next steps – how to plan and adapt in uncertain times, and be kind to yourself
  • Building practical tools on how to present yourself – elevator pitches, interview skills, CV and cover letter writing
  • Building a peer network and connections
‘I know that the skills I have learnt can take me anywhere I want to go’
