Penny tasting lunch: menu announced


On 5 July at 1pm, we will be hosting a tasting lunch in our artisan caf, Penny, in association with the Waterloo Food & Drink Festival

The lunch will include two courses, a cold starter and a hot main course, showcasing the finest seasonal and local produce, along with a glass of wine or craft beer.

Cured Salmon with Dill and Fennel served with a Rye Crisp
Or Heirloom Tomato Salad with Bocconcini, Feta, Mint Croutons and Balsamic (V)

Ginger Beef Skewers with Cumin spiced Carrots, Sweet Potato and a Crme Fraiche Dressing
Or Green Pea Pancake with Quinoa and Courgette Pattie and a Chickpea Relish (V)

As spaces are limited, booking is recommended. Walk ups are welcome, subject to availability.
