Thank you for supporting Field Lane

A Christmas Carol is perhaps one of the greatest testaments to the power of generosity and kindness. Throughout the entire run, we were proud to hold bucket collections after each performance for Field Lane, the charity that inspired Dickens to write his enduring Christmas novella and now supports vulnerable families and adults with learning and physical disabilities.

We’re pleased to announce that the you helped to raise almost £115,000 for Field Lane.

‘We are honoured to have the dual support from yourselves and your wonderful patrons. With their financial support we will be able to see more of the hopes and dreams come to life for our clients. We are proud to be able to inform you that thanks to your support, the show has managed to raise around £115,000 which is way beyond what we were hoping for. It is thanks to donors like your patrons that our charity has the opportunity to give our clients specialist care and professional support in a wide array of supported living accommodation throughout London and the South East. Their generous donations will have a direct and positive impact on our clients’ present and future endeavours, both at Field Lane and in the greater community. All of their donations will support so many needs, such as:

  • Multi-sensory room
  • Improve living standards
  • A device that reads a person’s Blood Pressure, Pulse, Temperature and Oxygen saturation levels
  • Dance lessons
  • Disco equipment
  • Landscaped garden
  • Counselling and practical advice services
  • Computer study area for home work/educational purposes
  • Reading circle or book club for homeless mothers and children

The generosity you have shown goes far beyond one of financial means but is also one of kindness and compassion. We thank you very much, from us all at Field Lane and all of the vulnerable clients who will benefit from your kindness.’
