How we're trying to be greener

1 – 8 July 2019 marked the first London Climate Action Week, focusing on how we can all bring about change to cut carbon emissions to keep global temperature increases within 1.5C and support the Paris Agreement.

Here are some of the ways we’re trying to play our part.

We are a Silver Recycling Standard organisation with a recycling rate of 73%. All our mixed dry recycling, electronics, toner and cartridge and battery recycling is done by First Mile Recycling. In 2017 we recycled 60,600kg of waste and saved 86,410kg of CO2.

Even though we encourage e-tickets as much as possible, we know some people will need paper tickets – all of these are printed on recycled ticket stock

Disposable cups

All of our disposable plastic and paper cups are made of Vegware – these are completely compostable and biodegradable.

Good energy

All of our energy comes from the completely sustainable Good Energy. We are 100% REGO backed which means every unit of electricity we supply comes from wind, solar, hydro and anaerobic
