Tickets can be booked directly with The Old Vic in three ways:
ONLINE via oldvictheatre.com 24 hours a day – a £1.50 transaction fee applies per booking (does not apply to Premium Friends). If you complete your booking online, your tickets will come through in an email as e-tickets.
PHONE on 0844 871 7628* Mon–Fri 9am–7.30pm; Sat 9am–2pm; Sun 10am–2pm – a £2.50 transaction fee applies per booking (does not apply to Premium Friends). *0844 numbers are charged at 7p per minute plus your phone company’s access charge.
On days when there is no performance our weekend telephone hours are 10am–2pm on Saturday.
IN PERSON through our Box Office at The Old Vic, The Cut, London SE1 8NB Mon–Sat 10am–7pm (Mon–Fri until 6pm when there is no show). We stop advance bookings 30 minutes before the show starts (remember that this also includes matinee days). No transaction fee applies when booking in person.
Tickets cannot be sold on or for commercial gain by any outlet other than The Old Vic or one of its authorised agents. We will void any ticket offered for resale at an inflated price, either on or offline, and urge audiences against buying tickets through these channels.
Tickets can be exchanged to another performance of the same production with at least 48 hours notice. Exchanges are subject to availability and will incur a £2 per ticket administration fee.
A small number of £25 day seats will be available on a daily basis for All My Sons. Available from 10am in person at The Old Vic’s Box Office (limited to two per person).

£10 off Mon–Thu evenings and midweek matinees
£20 off Mon–Thu evenings and midweek matinees
£21 for all performances, a carer/companion ticket is the same price. Let us know if you require a particular seat.

All concession tickets are limited and subject to availability.
CASH OR CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS – we accept Amex, Mastercard, Switch and Visa.
THEATRE TOKENS – are accepted and can be redeemed over the phone (0844 871 7628) or in person at the Box Office. If you are booking by phone, please press option 1 and then option 3 to talk to us about redeeming your tokens. You can buy Theatre Tokens here. Please note, no theatre tokens can be accepted within an hour of the show beginning.
- TICKET COLLECTION
E-TICKETS – you will be sent an email with your e-tickets attached as a PDF. This is The Old Vic’s preferred method of ticketing. Tickets will appear as one attachment and when you open it you will see you have one ticket per person. If this is not the case, please contact us.
POSTED – we can post your tickets to you. They can take up to seven working days to arrive. Please contact Box Office if you would like your tickets posted to you.
COLLECTION – tickets can be collected as soon as they have been purchased up until the start of the performance, although it is advisable to allow 30 minutes before the show starts. Please contact Box Office if you would like to collect your tickets.
If you bought your tickets via another agency, you will only be able to collect your tickets 30–60 minutes before the show starts.
