COMMITTED TO BUILDING A FAIRER SOCIETY

As a registered charity itself, The Old Vic believes that it is vital to encourage all who visit to support others. Since 2017, over £2.3 million has been raised globally for food poverty and deprivation-focused charities including Waterloo Foodbank, Field Lane, The Felix Project, Coram Beanstalk, FareShare, City Harvest London and Feeding Britain.

Throughout this year’s run of A Christmas Carol, The Old Vic will be raising money in aid of  FoodCycle, a charity that brings people together through community dinning to stop loneliness and hunger, food poverty and food waste.

FoodCycle community meals bring people together for good food and conversation. Wholesome meals are served up for free, using food that would have gone to waste.

The Old Vic are delighted to be able to support FoodCycle, particularly at a time of year that poses hardship for many people.
