OV Loyalty is a loyalty point scheme run by The Old Vic. Members of the scheme earn points on eligible items purchased via The Old Vic website or in person
Points can be redeemed as full or part payment for an order placed on The Old Vic website or in person
All points should be redeemed by 31 December 2027, after which time the scheme will cease
To join OV Loyalty customers need to sign up with an Old Vic account online or in person
Ten points are earned for every £1 spent, for example customers would earn 300 points when purchasing a £30 ticket. Points are earned on the following items:
Tickets up to OV Plus, including OV Local discounted tickets
All merchandise
The current conversion of points is one point equals one penny, for example 3,000 points would be needed to buy a £30 ticket. Any points not spent will remain on the customer account until 31 December 2027
Certain items do not earn points and cannot be purchased using points. These are:
Memberships, including Gift Memberships
Gift vouchers, including SOLT tokens
Donations to The Old Vic
Booking and exchange fees
Points cannot be earned on any part of an order which is paid for in part or in full by loyalty points
Points cannot be earned through any third party website
Points cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable
Any purchases made using points will be refunded as points and cannot be claimed back as a monetary value
Loyalty points expire three years after they are earned. Points will expire on a rolling basis, meaning each time points are earned, they will remain valid for three years from that date with any points earned from 31 Dec 2024 expiring on 31 Dec 2027
Customers can leave OV Loyalty at any time by contacting the Box Office team at box.office@oldvictheatre.com and asking for the account to be closed. Any points remaining on the closed account’s balance will be voided
We reserve the right to suspend and/or close an account and void any points on an account if we believe (in our absolute discretion) that the scheme is not being used in compliance with these terms and conditions
OV Loyalty cannot be accessed by Corporate Members, group bookings or school groups
The Old Vic reserves the right to amend or withdraw any scheme offered at our discretion. If we amend the scheme this will never affect an existing balance
Points can only be earned on purchases made after you have joined the scheme.
