Jennifer Fordham
Jennifer Fordham is the Corporate Training Programme Director at The Old Vic, a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and ICF-trained executive coach. Drawing on extensive theatre experience, she brings the disciplines of performance, rehearsal and feedback to leadership development, working with senior leaders individually and in teams.
Jen focuses on helping leaders strengthen their presence, impact and influence in high-stakes environments. By combining creative insight with commercial rigour, she enables leaders to communicate with confidence, clarity and authenticity while delivering business outcomes.

Caroline Hall is the Lead Trainer for Corporate Training at The Old Vic. As a theatre director and executive coach, she specialises in leadership presence, storytelling and team development.
Caroline works both one-to-one and with teams, coaching leaders to find their voice, articulate their thinking and bring their purpose and values to life in ways that others remember. She believes confident delivery and dynamic content are skills that can be learnt through practice. Caroline is a Professional Certified Coach (ICF accredited) and has completed ICF coach training.

Amari Harris
Amari is a drama and corporate trainer dedicated to using the arts for positive change in non-creative industries. He ensures a personal, creative approach to each cohort, placing priority on the importance of storytelling. Amari’s skills have been recognised internationally. Richard is a voice and communications expert with over 25 years of experience working with clients. His voice coaching skills were honed at the RSC and the National Theatre in London.
He is trained in neurolinguistic programming which focuses on excellence in communication. He supports clients to develop a communication style that will transform how their messages are perceived and heard. Richard supports clients in understanding how they show up as a leader, through message structure, voice and awareness of body language.
